Hello,
This is to inform you that recently due to negligence by one of our customer the server was compromised. We quickly found the account / customer that was cuasing the issue but it was too late by then as the hackers overwrote all the index files in all the account. Hence we had no option but to do a OS re-install. During this period the hackers also compromised the backup files due to which we have not been able to restore the current data. We had off-shore backups which are approx. 12 days older and have been restored. We have now taken several measures to ensure that this type of incident never happens again. We're apologize for the inconvenience.
